Career Skills Training Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization created to provide free resources for young people who are:
- Seeking to develop, improve or update their job skills and/or
- Transitioning from school to the workplace
We believe that the youth who attend our seminars will gain the understanding and knowledge of the five P's of learning:
"Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance"
and
"Proper Preparation Produces Productive People"
Our strategies and techniques will allow individuals to feel comfortable and prepared to enter the business world. As the youth depart, they will have achieved the confidence and skills required to meet the challenges and demands they may encounter as young adults entering the workplace.
